Serving Underserved Populations in Maine
In Maine, SIDRA Humanitarian Organization focuses on supporting immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers. We provide healthcare access, promote preventive care, educate on health topics, and offer translation services to break down language barriers. Additionally, we support seniors, children with disabilities, and offer cultural brokering services to create a harmonious community.

At SIDRA Humanitarian Organization, our mission is to create a positive and lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable communities around the world. We are driven by the belief that every person deserves access to basic necessities, education, healthcare, and opportunities for a better future.
Extending Our Reach to Chad
Internationally, our organization addresses the unique challenges in Chad, such as early child marriages, extreme poverty, and limited access to healthcare and education. We work to improve education opportunities, end early child marriages, enhance living conditions, and empower marginalized communities. Our goal is to create pathways for better healthcare and ensure the rights of girls and indigenous peoples are defended. We also provide rehabilitation and support for street children.
Our Projects

We support the health and welfare of immigrants, refugees, and asylum-seekers by providing access to care and community resources. Our focus is on building healthy families and offering critical programs related to health, elder care, and youth sports. We also deliver specialized disease prevention messaging. Our main effort is to provide transportation for job holders, students, and young people for various purposes, including housing vouchers and benefits. Sidra Humanitarian Organization is dedicated to creating pathways to financial independence and stability for individuals and families in need. Our Job Holders Project is designed to empower unemployed individuals and underprivileged job seekers by providing them with the necessary skills, resources, and support to secure and maintain gainful employment.
